Welcoming Cats and Dogs
Hôtels Gouverneur Sept-Îles is a pet-friendly hotel that welcomes cats and dogs. Travellers can stay in our establishment with their pet, enabling them to explore the Côte-Nord and enjoy a relaxing time at the hotel.
We accept pets of 20 kilograms or less, mentioned during booking and presented at the front desk upon arrival. A maximum of two pets per room is allowed; however, pets are not permitted in business class rooms.
Before Your Stay
• You must inform us during booking that you are travelling with a pet.
• Additional fees of $35 per pet, per night apply.*
• A maximum of two pets per room is allowed.
During Your Stay
• Pets should not be left alone in your room.
• When outside your room, your pet must be on a leash or in a carrier.
• Pets are not allowed in common areas such as the gym or laundry room.**
• Maintenance staff will not enter a room occupied by a pet without the owner's supervision.
• If your pet causes a disturbance affecting the comfort of other guests, you may be asked to leave and compensate the hotel.
• You are responsible for any damages caused by your pet to the hotel property.
* Guests staying in our establishments must present documentation or a collar for an assistance animal or a Mira guide dog upon check-in to benefit from fee exemption.
** Does not apply to assistance animals or Mira guide dogs.
